Deleting Convo's

I thought it was just me. Following for help!!!

You can archive he conversations on the website! Unfortunately, I can’t find how to delete them.

So frustrating not to be able to "clean up" your inbox to remove clutter from vendors that didn't work out.

Yes, please give us the ability to remove messages! It would make it so much easier to organize the vendors you still want to keep in touch vs the ones you will not make business with.

I found this thread searching the same question! Its so unnecessarily difficult to keep track of the vendors you do want to keep messages from when they get drowned in the ones that didn't work out! This is terrible. If they don't want people accidentally deleting important vendor information than they should at least have a way to archive it into a different folder or make it where they go into a separate file when you select ''Not a good fit". So frustrating. May have to use a different website

Any luck with this? I find it very difficult to keep it organized keeping all these vendor messages I dont want anymore!

Agreed with this 100%. I'm researching something like 20-30 different location vendors (not including all the other things I need to research), and I hate not being able to delete conversations. Especially those where the vendor doesn't or hasn't responded to me at all. This NEEDS to be changed.

That is terrible and confusing... We're having a very difficult time eliminating messages from vendor that we don't want which is making the planning process very confusing and not helpful. We're overwhelmed with the flow of vendor messages and despite clicking on "not interested" the vendors are continuing to message us to check in, or sending "promotions". Planning a wedding is already overwhelming as it is, and with not being able to remove or file messages that we have already vetted as "not interested" adds to the stress. We HIGHLY suggest adding this feature to your program so that we don't end up "not interested" in using wedding wire.

Is there a certain time we can expect this issue to be fixed? I agree with everyone here, it's really hard to keep track of the vendors your still keeping in touch with when the inbox is filled with other vendors that didn't work out.

I don’t think they will fix it. My fiancé and I have switched to the knot and don’t really use this site anymore, besides getting notified for new comments in this thread. Wedding wire doesn’t seem interested in member satisfaction or retention.

Any update? It is so annoying to have numerous vendor messages in my Inbox, makes it hard to find the actual important vendor messages. Ugh!

Anisa I like the Knot better simply because of this reason! Especially when you're planning a year out like us, its way too difficult to keep track of anything on wedding wire. They've responded to this thread couple different times and they have failed to perform what should be a basic step. I definitely recommend the knot.
