I'm not sure you can. I know you can hide it though. The link to hide is at the bottom of your original post.

I'm not sure but I know if you hide a comment, *you* can still see it just not anyone else. I'm not sure if hiding a whole thread is the same. Maybe you should just go edit your original post to remove the pictures to be sure.
