Delete menu from rsvp

I want to COMPLETELY delete the menu from the RSVP. I don't want my guests to have the option to choose something, because there is only one option for them. Un-checking the box so that I'm not tracking meals doesn't work, because it still gives them an option.

Does anyone know how to remove the option from my RSVP entirely?

    Hi Savannah!

    To disable the meal tracking feature, follow these steps below:

    -Log in to your account on a desktop device

    -Hover over Planning Tools and click Guests List

    -At the top of the Guests overview section, choose the event you’d like to manage meal tracking for, and click the corresponding tab
    -Then, within that event specifically, click the teal Settings link on the right side of the page
    -Un-check the box for “Track meals for this event"
    -Scroll down and Save changes

    I appreciate your response, but that was what I was saying wouldn't help. I've already unchecked the box and it still gives my guests the option when they submit their RSVP. I don't want them to see the options at all, not just take it out of my view.

    I'm having a problem with this too....I want my guests to have an option, but it will not let me go in and edit the options or delete and put new options. I remove something then it's still there. Very frustrating when people are putting in their RSVPs already.
