I am not sure yet if i a have to will know more towards end on month but it will be less than 60 days to the event

I have talked to venders they have told me as long as that day is open its ok

i have invited and heard back from alot of the guests already

I should know if we have to of not in the next few weeks but im not fully sure how to let the guests know or others

i know am planning on waiting until i know for certain but if we have to delay it will be almost 9 months or so and i dont like cause it will put around Christmas or new year

Are you able to pick a new date? If so, I’d just start calling vendors and switching everything to the new date, and then start calling guests and tell them about the new date

One day they have on hold but other day is not until Jan 2

Trying to wait until have all info

I would notify your guests asap of the situation and once you have everything set back up, send new invitations.

I have been letting some know that it may be on hold and there are now 5 potential dates for the new event. it is based now on when things happen and wen able to get leave again

but in less than 10 days i should know for certain what is going on i am still holding for our miracle now as the small bump in front is turning into Everest rival

One issue is i dont have regular access to internet and so am rely on a few people to be able to get the news out for me
