Has anyone had or have a day of wedding coordinator? My venue provides one but I’m thinking someone who looking out for me and what I want rather than just the venues interest. If so, how much did you pay and exactly what service do they provide?

I’ve met with a couple of them . The venue we chose comes with one , but it’s limited. I liked the idea of someone going with us to met with vendors etc .. but honestly I can do all the things I would be paying someone else to do , outside what the venues limited one does . I am going to wait a bit and see how much I can realistically do on my own and go from there.

Have one. Whether it’s a family member (not part of the wedding party) or you pay someone. You can not coordinate your own wedding and you want to have someone to keep things moving and keep the pressure off you.
