HELP!! My wedding is in just 12 short days!! I am working on my day of timeline and just want some outside eyes to take a look at it and see if it makes sense (not just to me lol). My ceremony starts at 10:30 AM. Reception is from 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM. (I know, super short, but it is all we could...

HELP!! My wedding is in just 12 short days!! I am working on my day of timeline and just want some outside eyes to take a look at it and see if it makes sense (not just to me lol). My ceremony starts at 10:30 AM. Reception is from 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM. (I know, super short, but it is all we could afford since we are paying for our wedding ourselves)! Please let me know what you all think, but keep in mind we have a very short time period to fit everything in. Thanks Smiley smile


6:00 am - hair/make-up begin (at bride's house)

7:45 am - photographer arrives

8:45 am - leave for venue

9:00 am - arrive at venue

9:15 am - wedding party changes

9:30 am - bridal party photos & family photos

10:00 am - guests start to arrive

10:20 am - begin lineup for processional

10:30 am - processional

11:00 am - recessional

11:05 am - cocktail hour begins

11:10 am - couple, bridal party, family photos

12:00 pm - bridal party and couple entrance to reception

12:05 pm - welcome speech/blessing of the meal

12:10 pm - buffet line for lunch start

12:40 pm - MOH & BM speeches/toasts

12:45 pm - meal over

12:50 pm - first dance

12:55 pm - dance party!

1:00 pm - father/daughter & mother/son dances

1:10 pm - dance party!

1:20 pm - cake cutting

1:25 pm - dance party!

1:30 pm - bouquet & garter toss

1:35 pm - dance party!

1:45 pm - bubble send off

2:00 pm - guests out

1:50 pm - couple photos

2:10 pm - start clean up & breakdown

2:30 pm - clean up/breakdown complete, everyone out

    How many people are getting their hair and make up done? If it's just you then I think you have enough time. If more than one person and only one make up artist, you may have to start earlier. Also, I agree with others about eating time, specially if you have a buffet line, it would take a while for everybody to get food, sit down and eat.
