David's Bridal won't let me view my favorites??

However, I called and they told me that they can access my list at the store, so hopefully that works. I'm going to look for my top 5 and jot down their item numbers just in case.

I hope I find THE ONE!

Good luck! I am going Saturday to DB and wasn't sure if they could access the Favs or not. So good to know. Let us know how it comes out!

They printed them out for me at the store, but the pictures were tiny and in black & white, so it was hard to tell for sure which dresses they were. I think they included the item numbers though, and the saleswoman knew the dresses well enough that she was able to pull plenty of dresses that I liked.

I'm a little worried because the David's Bridal in Daytona has such horrible reviews for customer service, I'm hoping I get a wonderful associate to help me find my dress.

@Lively: Mine is Saturday as well!! I just had limited printer access. And thanks I was wondering if everyone still knew it was me, or if they though I was someone new.

Yes they are able to access them and will print them out for you....BUT the 2 x's that I went, I was told that 75% of the dresses I had selected were DISCONTINUED! I was upset that they would leave it on their site if it was discontinued as I had spent so much time going through the site. I hope you have much better luck than I did with the "favorites". Thankfully I was still able to find one that I liked!!

So I had the same issue but found that when I switched from the Google browser to Firefox it worked perfectly.
