I bought my DB dress in PA and they shipped it directly to my house in TN.

Well they lied to me because when I tried on the dress they said they would ship to a store in CO but when I paid for it they told me no. I moved from NC to CO and didn’t have a new home address yet when I ordered it, and didn’t want it to get lost in the mail. I just wanted it shipped to a store in my town but they said it had to be shipped to their store since I didn’t have my new address yet. They didn’t call me when it arrived, so it sat in the store for two months. I only know because the arrival date and time was on the hanger. I was pretty upset. So my mom picked it up and shipped it to me. I love my dress and I have it now, and it’s all fine, but I was pretty angry at the time.

Store policy they should your paying for it! But before you pay have it WRITTEN IN CONTRACT THIS WAY THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE!!
