David's Bridal Online Ordering

Has anyone purchased a wedding dress online at David's Bridal and had to return it? I fell in love with a White by Vera Wang dress but after calling around to several locations, it doesn't seem to be in stock near me. I really want to order it and try it on to see if it even looks good in person, but I'm afraid the shipping costs to send it back will be outrageous (I was told by customer service you cannot return online purchases to a DB store). Thanks in advance!

I'm not sure about David's Bridal's policies since I didn't get my dress from there (I've never liked their dress styles TBH), but most bridal salons do not allow returns.

I wouldn't do this. David's Bridal doesn't have a good return policy. Usually all sales are final. They may let you exchange it, but then what happens if you can't find a dress you like there?

I'm not sure if they will allow you to do a return at all. I know you definitely cant return an online purchase instore, but I'm not 100% sure about returning back to the online warehouse. Look into that first before doing anything

Their return policy isn't that great. My MOH got her dress online from David's Bridal, but couldn't try the dress on in person. She instead tried on different dresses with a similar silhouette. That may be an option for you?

If you do that I would go in to get measured and to have them recommend a size toyou.

DB return policy is horrible. I highly suggest you try the dress on or a similar silhouette of the dress you are wanting.
