David’s Bridal Exchange

Chelsea, on February 6, 2020 at 9:38 AM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 12
Does anybody know DB’s exchange policy? I have to exchange my flower girl dress from white to ivory. I bought the dress last summer and my wedding date has not arrived yet. I talked to the specialist and he said I would have to buy something either the same price or greater. It didn’t really make sense because I’m so used to just walking in stores and exchanging without buying more stuff. Can someone explain this to me and see what is the correct thing to do.

I'm guessing he's saying you can't exchange the dress for a lower price dress and expect to get the difference back. The new dress you pick out has to be the same price as the old dress or higher.

Yes it’ll be the same price, just a different color.

Wow. That seems generous if you bought it last summer. Sounds like you can even exchange it, so as long as they're willing to exchange it once they know how long ago you've had it, that sounds like fantastic service.

You are able to exchange for the same price or greater up until the day of the event.

He is probably saying that the new dress has to be equal or greater than the price of the one you are exchanging.

It’s the same price. I just need to change the color that’s all.

Yes just go back to the store with your receipt. All tags must be attached and they will do an even exchange.

Thank you so much for asking this question. But the only think i think about is can I just get store credit? Someone did mention we can but i think it'll just be an even exchange. I really do hope i get store credit. I wouldn't mind buying a bunch of bridesmaid dresses lol.
