David’s Bridal Can no longer return anything

I am so upset with David’s Bridal! I bought 3 pairs of shoes online during covid and was told I could return them as soon as the stores open up. The stores here were saying appointment only but I just called and the 14 days to return was yesterday 5/17. So beware that anything you purchased online or right before they closed you can no longer return

    That is so stupid I am sorry to hear you have had such bad luck with them I would argue that due to the corona virus you didn't know they were open to return them and ask them to make a exception I hope the shoes you can use for other wedding functions and or parties

    How long ago did they open back up? I would fight that all the way to corporate.

    I ordered my dress from then not to long ago online when I checked out it dose say they are not accepting returns.

    Ive been reading some negative experiences with them lately. Thank you for the info. I’ve looked at their shoes a few times but would rather not deal with them based on what others have been saying.

    Also, that super sucks. I hope it all gets sorted out for you!

    I think the reason they are not accepting returns may be due to the fact that they are concerned with the fact that the virus remains active on surfaces. Most stores are not accepting any in store returns at this time, for that reason.
    Can you mail them back?

    I wonder when this took effect? They just accepted my return a few days ago. They refunded me back on my debit card

    Yeah I’m waiting on a call back from them. Apparently they opened up 14 days ago but it says appointment only. I guess I was supposed to make an appointment to return the items. But when we tried to return it in March they assured me it wouldn’t be an issue.

    Yesterday was last day for returns apparently. Problem was that it was just 14 days and where I’m at they were opened yet except by appointment

    I’m waiting on them to text me back from the corporate office. I don’t think that was the reason since they were accepting them for 14 days after they “opened” in some stores across the US

    Dang!! I'm so sorry!! Who would of thought! I agree with PP, I'd try corporate. They had to work with me on 2 occasions and were more than accommodating. Definitely worth a try!

    I would definitely remind them that with everything going on in the world right now, you were hesitant to come into the store within the two week period. Perhaps, they will at least give in store/online credit.
    If not, I'm sure there will be a bride looking for new shoes somewhereSmiley smile

    Yes i found that out to and its so upsetting. They told me im only allowed store credit ! I know what you mean.
