I got that email too. It says that there distribution and fulfillment remain open and running. I would call them because they are still going to have some associates there for curbside pick up for when orders come in and see if there is a status change. I think mainly what they are trying to do is limit in store appointments and walk-ins.

Yes! I think they can answer your question completely. Because to me if the distribution and fulfillment centers are open for online orders I don't see why they couldn't fulfill the orders that have been submitted by the store. But I feel like asking them would probably get you the correct answer more than I would lol

If you go to their website they also have info on what they're doing-- but basically it's what Kelsey said, stopping walk-in's and appointments and only having people pick up their orders.

So I was suppose to have my final fitting tomorrow, however, alterations called me today saying if I'd like to pick my dress up curbside and bring it home, I'm more than welcome to. If I want to try it on with her, she already moved my appt to April 2nd. As impatient as I am, I'm just going to wait until April 2nd. I want to see the whole look together, and if I'm not happy with something, she's right there to hear me out. Best of luck!!

They are still open for pickups. I got my dress yesterday! They had the doors locked and I had to call them to have someone bring it out to my car. She said they weren't doing any alterations or anything but they still have staff at the stores to answer phone calls and help with pickups. So I would think as long as you've already ordered, you'll still receive it like normal but you can always call to find out. They're estimating the stores to reopen april 2.

Yes they are open for pick-up's only. I'm glad I'm having my DB dress altered elsewhere, it's a small boutique in our town so they will remain open as they have been appointment only forever. Good luck to y'all with alterations, you can get DB dresses altered anywhere honestly.
