Dating anniversaries?

Do you ladies still celebrate your dating anniversaries or plan to after you're married? This December we will have been together 6 years and I feel like that still counts for something, right? Thoughts?

Our dating aniversary is actually two days before what will be our wedding aniversary. So we'll probably just lump them into one celebration. Smiley smile we'll have been together for two years when we get married, so keeping track of how many years together, and how many years married will be a sinch. It also makes calculating the dog, cat, and lizard ages, of our petas easy because we got all of them around the same time we started dating as new borns.

Well on our 3rd dating Anniversary is when he proposed, at the same place we had our 1st ann dinner (the Melting Pot). I know we will be married for our next one, but maybe just the nice dinners we do already. I am more interested in the wedding ones, LOL.

I feel like once you've been married for so many years, you discount the dating.

But at the same time, We are getting married on our 5 year anniversary and then starting from zero! It feels strange! lol!

I took him out for my bff's bday dinner. We usually do dinner or drinks with her so we will go early, like we did on her actual bday, for at least a drink.

We will have been together for 6 years by the time our wedding rolls around, so starting from 0 will be really weird. But we will probably not celebrate our dating anniversary anymore, since it was the week before Valentine's day and we never really knew whether to say Feb 7 or Feb 8 anyway.

Our dating anniversary is only a few days after our wedding date. We wanted our wedding date to match, but couldn't get the venue for that day. I think we'll still celebrate it our own small way. It's been long time for us too.

6 yrs is def something to celebrate. We probably won't as we don't even really do anything special as it is now because its a week before FHs bday.

We'll still celebrate (our wedding anniversary is actually the day before). We really wanted a Friday wedding so instead of having it on our anniversary it's a day early. FH says this just means we can make a weekend out of it now Smiley smile

Our dating and wedding anniversary are the same date, August 5,2 years apart,so we have nothing to worry about!

We never really do anything major. Usually just go out to dinner!

Our first date anniversary is this Friday. We plan on using the gift cards we have been sitting on since Christmas to go for dinner.

FH and I specifically discussed that once we are married our wedding anniversary will be the only anniversary we celebrate.

We decided that once we get married we will celebrate our dating anniversary with an epic high five. Figured we'd save the big celebrations for the wedding anniversary.

Our dating anniversary is so close to our actual wedding date that we're just going to nix that, and celebrate the wedding anniversary instead.
