Dancing for stepdad!

I have a 6year old daughter & a 5 year old little boy my fiancé has been in the picture for 3years and we want the kids to feel special at the wedding and have a “dance” as well. He will dance with the girl and I’ll dance with the boy we can’t find any fitting songs though! I need help! We thought about “hold my hand” by Hootie & the blowfish but I don’t know if that’s a good one or not?! Help!!!

    Hootie is awesome. I think that's a great choice! That'll keep it fun for the little ones but still have some meaning to it.

    Hey Roanna! I love this idea so much! I'm sure your children will love having such a special role!

    The Hootie and the Blowfish suggestion would work really well if that's the song you want!

    Some ideas that I have thought of come from children's movies so that they may also have a connection to the song or know some of the words -

    When You Wish Upon A Star by Cliff Edwards (from Pinocchio)

    Omgosh! I don’t know why I didn’t think of You’ll be in my heart! I literally sing that to the kids everyday! If I’m not at home he plays it for them to help calm their nerves!!! 💜
