I originally budgeted for a 16'x16' white dance floor, but FH is really jonesing for an LED dance floor. Our A/V company has them, and they're in panels of 4'x4'. A 16'x16' LED dance floor is about three times what I had budgeted for the plain one (for obvious reasons), and I set about trying to research how big a dance floor was needed for 50 guests.
Google has not been my friend on this one. My A/V company recommended we assume 30% of people will be dancing at all times. Various articles I've read say to assume anywhere from 33% - 60%! I am SO CONFUSED! What size dance floors did you all book, and how many guests are you having?
