Dad and step dad walking me down the aisle?

Not weird. And we have similar stories, lol. I too have a step dad that is actually my mom's bf of 12+ years. However, I also have an older brother that played an equally important "father figure" role in my life (my real dad wasn't around much). Anyways, I wish I could have all 3 of them walk me down, but that's just too much. I am however, having my dad and my brother walk me. Therefore, I don't see anything wrong with having them both walk you if they are both important to you. I might have a conversation with real dad before asking step dad though.

Not weird at all! They're both father figures to you and it's a sweet way to include your stepfather. I would recommend asking your biological father his thoughts first though so that there are no hurt feelings.

FH’s cousin did this at her wedding last summer! They both walked her down the aisle and it was very sentimental. They actually shared the father/daughter dance too. Bio dad had the first half, then passed her off to step dad.

I’m having both my dad and step dad walk me down the aisle but not at the same time my sister is my MOH so my step dad will walk her half way down the aisle stay there and my sister will walk the rest of the way alone my dad will walk me half way down to my step dad I will hug and kiss my dad and he will go take his seat. My step dad will walk me the rest of the way to FH.

The last wedding I was at one dad walked the bride halfway down where the other dad was waiting and he finished the walk with her.it was very sweet!

Not weird. Actually generally people really love it because it shows that your bio dad and stepdad can get along. Walks like those have gone viral more than once because of the feels. I think since so many steps don’t get along at all and don’t put the child first. Walking together shows that they have and they do.
