Custom Sizing with Azazie

Highly recommend! I've gotten three dresses from them custom sizes - for sure the way to go. Follow their instructions for measurements and don't add anything to it, and you should have a dress that fits perfectly! They do a GREAT job

@Kelsey we did order the samples, and they are way too long. I was hoping the girls could save money on alternations by ordering them custom; but the no return policy on custom gowns freak us out.

My dress is Azazie and I'm doing custom. If it doesn't fit, I believe they give you a $50 refund to help pay for corrections.

@Katie I didnt look that closely, I guess I just assumed that length was one of the measurements you had to send in.

Custom sizing is the same price as standard sizes, and takes the same amount of time to make and ship to you! So really, why wouldn’t you do it?

A few things to remember about custom dresses:

Custom dresses are made specifically for you. That means, no one else will be able to wear that dress once it’s done. Because of this, we are unable to accept any returns on custom dresses. So sorry, love! Make sure you triple check all your measurements! Don’t worry, we aren’t unreasonable. We understand that sometimes alterations need to be done for custom sizes once you’ve received the dress. To help you out, we offer an alterations reimbursement for only our custom sizes if anything needs to be adjusted once it arrives, just submit a picture of your receipt from the tailor through your Azazie.com account and we'll do the rest! Yes, it really is that easy!

My girls all did custom and they fit PERFECT. the length is even right, none of them need a hem! I HIGHLY recommend the custom sizing! Azazie has by far been the easiest most seamless and smooth part of my entire wedding planning. they tell you they don't adjust length but they definitely did.

Mine opted for regular sizes but all the reviews for custom were positive. They will almost ALWAYS be super long tho

I just called azazie asking questions about custom sizing. My bridesmaids are my daughter and stepdaughters and they want above the knee length. Azazie said they will send the dresses based on their measurements that will be knee length, but told me about the credit if the dress needs to be altered. They also suggested adding a 1/2 inch to bust and waist. They were super nice on the phone.

My four girls ordered from azazie. One is pretty short, skinny, and has a large chest. She custom ordered it and it fit great. But then she lost a lot of weight and had to have the bust taken in. The noncustom ones are extremely long. My other 3 BM are 5'8-5'10 and it was long on all of them

My sister just got her dress from Azazie, custom sized.

It needs some work. She will be taking it in and fixing the belt (the waistline and belt on the KARA dress we bought is too low and lays weird).

ETA: EVERY Single dress (5 in all) have been way too long though. That goes for the regular sizes and the custom. All my girls are wearing heels or getting them hemmed.

Good to know because my mom wanted to do the custom sizing.
