Custom shoes

I think you can definitely wear them again especially if the customization is your name! I've seen a few different converse but I've never seen airmax used for a wedding.

I bought these and will definitely wear them again.

I got customized Chuck's. They are white high tops with our date embroidered on it with some Japanese cherry blossoms also embroidered on them. I am going to pair it with blue laces as my something blue and I plan to wear the until they are falling apart! I really wanted to buy special shoes that I could wear again and again.

What about getting your married monogram or the wedding date on the shoes? It's sentimental but also subtle!

I got custom Converse for my wedding as my something blue and since they are what I always wear and they are in my favorite color, I definitely will wear them again! I had them personalized as "Wifey" instead of bride so that they will work forever!

Daughter wore dark green Converse (her primary wedding color). We took them to a local t-shirt shop and had them customized with her new name on the outside of one shoe and the date on the outside of the other. (Her shop did the customization with a heat-transfer process of raised gold glitter letters rather than embroidery because there was much more flexibility with where and how much they could put on the shoes. I'm sure it was less than $20 and took 10 minutes.) Her shoes were adorable (and so fitting for her...she lives in Converse whenever she can). She wore them daily after the wedding -- if anyone noticed the customization, they only had positive things to say about her shoes! I think she's pretty well worn them out by now, 18-months after the wedding. Good luck!

I am ordering some custom Toms off of Etsy that are Harry Potter themed and will have our wedding date and my new name on them. I will 100% wear them again especially because we are going to Universal for our honeymoon!
