  I'm not 100% sure if they would be able to (I can't find anything on their website) but I LOVE Jeni's Splendid Icecream. They have some really awesome flavors!

  I wonder if you could just buy a plain ice cream cake like undecorated and have a baker or some place just decorate it for you?

  If there is one close to you try Publix. They may be limited on what they can do but I had a fish ice cream cake made for a birthday years ago.
