I heard on a movie I think that someone's grandma had her & her DH's initials sewn into her wedding gown. I thought it was so cute and ran it past my dress & alterations lady. I gave her creative control with the request that the thread be the same shade as the MOH dress, and that it have our initials & a heart inside the dress somewhere. This is what she gave me, inside a heart it said "M loves EM" (Tara is short, I cut it back from my full first name because I didn't like my name and face coming up in google) and EM are FH's initials. When I'm wearing the dress, I can look down and see some of it.
