Custom Domain Not Working

Unfortunately, I’ve seen this so much on this site which is exactly why I didn’t go through WW. I’d ask for a refund & go through The Knot or Zola.

I have also just tried to do a custom domain and it is not working. I bit of a problem since we have already made up a favor with the domain on it. Please help!

They have auto responded to me that steps to do it, in case I made a mistake, but I felt pretty confident that I did all the steps. I also went on to the ICANN registry and confirmed that the domain was purchased at the time that I was doing it on wedding wire, so clearly it half way worked. Hopefully they can sort it cause now that domain is locked and I have already made announcement favors with that domain (we have a very rare name so I felt pretty sure it would be fine(I guess that was dumb...I shouldn't have listen to my husband who said just wait. haha).

The same thing is happening to me right now. Does anyone know how to fix this?
