I recently purchased a custom domain but the URL still isn't working. How long should I expect to wait before the domain works?

Multiple people have gotten messages saying their websites are being discontinued, so I’m a little confused why WW is still allowing people to purchase custom domains.

It should only take a couple of hours but if you're still not seeing the domain, write in to help@weddingwire.com and include the domain you're trying to select.
