Crinolines/petticoats cheap?

Look on Ebay.... they have had the cheapest prices that I think anyone else has had. But I'm not sure about $25 but they're real close.

I got mine on eBay for $25 including the shipping. I avoided the new ones, since they typically seemed to be "one size fits all" varieties that I thought might add bulk around the waist if my waist was smaller than the maximum they would fit. However, I found a used plus sized David's Bridal one that was perfect, and actually sucked in my waist.

I would say ebay... but you're cutting it a bit close on delivery, dear. How long do they need to be? If you just need tea length approx 25" petticoats, you could try starletsandharlets.com though I think theirs cost about $35.
