Crazy last minute changes!

My wedding is less than 80 days away and so much has changed about my wedding at the last minute!

I purchased a dress back in September but ever since had been having major dress regret. My regret turned to hatred and I bought a new dress this week! But I'm so much happier now. Now I cant stop staring at my dress and before I would avoid looking at my dress at all costs.

Also, My FH and I also planned to do print-at-home invites by Wilton but holy moly were those difficult. We spent hours upon hours and even had a mock up design. Forum users graciously helped me with my design and gave me a lot of advice until it turned into something I loved. but we could just not get them to print right! We tried for hours and wasted a lot of stationary and never could get it. Our frustration ended up taking us to vistaprint and we ordered our invites and everything that comes with them.

We also had to make changes with our limo and tuxes. Our travel agency also rents limos and tuxes but...

    We ran into a problem when the travel agent sent us an itinerary and we thought we were renting a 22 passenger excursion suv limo but it was listed as an 18 passenger. My bridal party is 18 people (yes I know. Huge! But I wouldn't have it any other way) and some of the groomsmen are very large and need extra space. Not sure where that confusion came from but they don't have larger than an 18. So we ended up canceling our limo and tuxes, thankfully didn't lose any money. They were nice about it since we have our honeymoon booked there. We booked a 26 passenger party bus elsewhere that was only $50 more than our limo was and we found tuxes for cheaper!

    We also decided on a photobooth last minute as well and got them booked this week!

    Our DJ backed out a week before our wedding so we had to scramble and find a new one. We scrambled and burned all the songs we wanted onto cds, then we found another DJ and so he just had to play from the CDs we wanted, balance out the slow songs and the fast songs, and make a few announcements, and he was fab, Our venue also went through three head caterers and four venue managers from the time we booked them to the day of our event, I met the final venue manager the day before when I went to drop off our decor items, and met the head caterer at the reception. I was stressed about it all but it worked out fine.

    Glad it all worked out!! Our venue changed their name as of January 1 and I caught our invitation designer just hours before she placed the order to make the change. Just a little panic, but it worked out. We're 50 days out and nothing major yet...fingers crossed!

    That is a lot. I have been worried about my officiant because I still didn't receive a contract from him until two hours ago! I am so relieved now. My wedding contact person at my venue also left after we sign the contract and no one told me for a good month after she left..

    I am glad ya'll got things fixed.
