Crate and Barrel Registry Not Working

Hello! My shower is coming up and I was telling my grandma about the toaster we put on our registry. I went to show her, and I saw that I had 4 notifications that 4 people have bought gifts. Cool! 3 people bought items that have now been marked as "purchased" but one person bought some items that are still listed as available. Has this happened to anyone else? Is there a reason? Or is it just a technical error? It's really weird.

I think (for computer reasons I don't understand) mine sometimes seems to take 24 hours to mark things purchased. Do you know how long ago those items were purchased?

The item that's still available did you register for more than one. They count it as one item (ex if you order three sets on one wine glass) so it won't show as fulfilled until all three are purchased. May be the issue or could be an actual glitch.

These are singular items. One pastry blender, one flour sifter, etc. Whoever it was bought them this morning. I really hope it doesn't take a full 24 hours, that's a long window for people to buy the same things!

Can you physically update it from your management access so it's not an issue. I remember seeing the option on one of my registries (we're at CB and BBB).

@JGCT no, I tried that too! But, UPDATE: I called crate and barrel and they did it manually, they have been having technical glitches all day. They said it should only take 15 minutes for it to pop up as "purchased" so if it ever took longer to call them and they can change it. They were super nice and I was only on hold for about a minute.
