Wow I’m seeing a lot of people having to postpone their wedding to the following year that’s crazy..... these vendors should give people their money back!!!! Mines is in September and I wish someone would tell me I have to get married next year.... 🤬

It’s not the vendors’ fault. Most are rescheduling to the best of their ability. It’s not like the vendors are quitting. No one has a choice in this situation. It’s about safety which is more important than anything.

I think vendors for the most part try to be accommodating - I think it’s nice that a lot of them are okay with postponing. We do have to remember that they’re a small business too and this is hurting them a lot as well.
Both sides just need to work towards a mutually beneficial situation

Exactly- you bc cant be angry or pointing fingers. This is an awful time for the world right now. Bigger thing than weddings are happening - maybe it’s an eye opener to some people, but for most health and safely is #1. Yes it sucks to postpone but better safe than sorry! Could always be worse so be thankful for what you have 💛

We moved our wedding from this may to September and all of our vendors have been perfectly accommodating. Didn’t have to pay anything to move things. Praying things work out 🙏

The vendors have businesses to run and it’s not their fault the governments are limiting gatherings and closing nonessential businesses.

What exactly are the vendors supposed to do when they’re booked out years or months in advance?

If someone is paying for a very expensive wedding not a cheap wedding they should give people their money back 😩

People who are paying for an expensive wedding not a cheap wedding shouldn’t care what the vendor is enduring people should not have to wait an extra year especially if they’re paying thousands for a wedding! Now if someone paying for a cheap wedding I would blow if off too as if it’s no big deal!!! At the end of the day it’s no ones fault!

Oh I can be very angry especially if I’m paying thousands on a very expensive wedding!! I’m saying I wouldn’t wait another whole year for a wedding... it’s no ones fault the person that’s paying for a expensive wedding should have a choice on whether they want to wait another year or get their money back. Now a cheap wedding ... I probably wouldn’t care either I’d wait another whole long year no big deal...

It doesn’t matter if you are having a $5,000 or a $50,000 wedding. It’s not about what you can afford it’s about you and your spouse. Your logic is backwards. And your comments are a little selfish. Good luck.
