*Covid-postponed* New Date Save The Dates

SierraToBeMull, on September 14, 2020 at 10:48 AM Posted in Planning 0 4

Hello all!
We are a COVID couple and had to cancel and move our May 2020 wedding to May 2021. I'm wondering when should we send the new save the dates? The first time around we sent them in January but now I'm thinking we should send them a little earlier like Oct/Nov/Dec since it's been postponed? A lot of people already know the new date but I thought it would be nice to send one again. TIA Smiley smile

I think now would be a good time to send them! With so many people postponing to 2021, it might make sense to send them a little earlier than normal to get the date on everyone's calendars.

You definitely can send them now being that it is 8 months away. With many people already having to postpone for next year, you can let everyone know your date!

I postponed from September 4 2020 to September 4 2021 and sent change the dates. I plan on sending save the dates a month or so later than I sent the original save the dates since they already know
