covid - ceremony seating

Tori, on July 15, 2020 at 7:38 PM Posted in Wedding Ceremony 0 5

Hi ladies! Anyone who is still having their ceremony during covid... how are you arranging your seating for the ceremony? Im trying to figure out how to social distance everyone while still being able to make them comfortable. Probably going to have a seating chart so it makes everyone more comfortable

I had a very small wedding (35 guests) on June 20th. Most were couples so I placed 2 seats together every 6'. Seemed to work fine. I only had a seating chart for the reception.

That's kind of what I'm thinking too. Do you have any photos of it? Unfortunately, we can't have a reception.

If we’re still under guidance to socially distance next year, I was thinking of doing assigned group seating by couples or family units and spacing them 6’ apart.

Ive also thought of this. just trying to figure out how to make it look nice in groups. especially since my mother is coming alone. I dont want her to feel like the odd man out

You could also space each individual if you have the room to do so so she doesn’t feel odd.
