Hello ladies so my wedding is August 22nd 2020 and I don't know if we should postpone it to June 12th 2021 due to this virus I think it may be pretty clear by then but I know it's still going to be around and I don't want to jeopardize anyones health my girls however do already have their dress I already have my wedding dress ready to go and the men already picked out their tux of course I can use the extra time to pay for the wedding but then again I would love to have it be done on the date that we really wanted it so what are y'all dates are you postponing or are you just playing it by ear

Get in contact with your vendors and see about getting a back up date just in case.

We postponed our May 9 wedding to August 14, and we aren’t going to give up hope on it unless things are still not looking good in mid-June. I have everything done and would really hate to have to postpone again. Just trying to remain positive and take it day by day for now!

My wedding is scheduled for June 22. I am in a tither as well; I hate how everything is so uncertain at this point. I don’t know whether I should postpone or not, and it’s time to send the invitations out NOW. Everything is done and has our wedding dates on all the signs etc. I feel your pain.

I think you should be fine by then . But I would start to plan an alternative just for you own mental health. Mine is 9/24 and I'm not making decision until July.

I feel you. We postponed April to August 15th, so I'm really hoping things start clearing up. I know there are more important things than my wedding, but I really don't want to postpone again and have to stress over my dress. And I just want to be married lol!

I think you will be ok by then. The thing is the virus is going to stick around, it's not going to magically disappear. Right now getting past the peak and getting the curve to flatten is good because then hospitals won't be overwhelmed. I also think by August you should be good, in my area a lot of large music festivals got postponed to August/ September they were originally scheduled for June.

My 25th wedding anniversary celebration was scheduled for July 19th I postponed it already. It was set to be in NY and I live in Atlanta. I didn't think it would be cleared up enough to continue with my plans, having to travel and all.

We are getting married August 15th, and won’t be making a decision until it gets closer. Hoping we can continue as planned!

Hi Angel! I'd hold on to your August plans for now and continue to monitor the situation! Hopefully by the end of May you'll be able to make a much clearer decision! 🤞
