Covering up in church

I think that any other kind of cover up would take away from the dress much more than a veil. Maybe you could do detachable sleeves for the ceremony only?

There's capulets and capes that are designed specifically for this issue. I feel like anything covering it will take away from the dress but you can take it off after the ceremony and put it on right before so you won't have the cover in the photos or reception

Beautiful dress! Like many of the ladies suggested, capes or caplet coverups could would. Have you also considered a lace topper you can put on over it then take off after the church ceremony?

There's beaded and lace capulets on Etsy. They're a little pricey but maybe you can find one in a similar pattern?
