Congratulations!!

I hope you are enjoying your engagement and it’s not entirely taken up with wedding planning!! What made you and your SO choose September 5th for your wedding? Does it hold any special significance?

Have you chosen your own wedding colors? Are you sticking with a theme for your wedding?

I’m am definitely enjoying being engaged I had whole year before the wedding planning started. I also hired a wedding planner which I don’t know how I would have done the planning without her. We chose our date because it’s when the officiant was available we had originally chose the September 19th but we had no problem switching it because the officiant is a childhood family friend and I really wanted three to marry us. We also chose September because our wedding is going to be in Asheville, NC and I wanted to share the fall leaves with the guest that would be coming out of town. Also since the ceremony is going to be outside it won’t be as hot while the guest are sitting outside for the ceremony. Our wedding colors are Burgundy, Navy Blue and Gold we’re going for lore of an elegant, romantic, sparkle. I’m wanting mini chandeliers hanging from the ceiling and gold centerpieces. My MOH will be wearing a cranberry colors dress and my bridesmaid are going to be wearing burgundy dress but each dress will be a different style. My FH will be wearing a navy blue suit with burgundy tie and the same for the groomsmen.
