I am 9-3-22 as well! My parent's anniversary is on 9-3 plus it's Labor day weekend!

Congratulations! We have had quite the year in 2021, and although September 3rd doesn’t hold any significance, we were looking for a fresh start. Basically blind faith. And we’re so excited🥰🥰🥰🥰❤️❤️❤️❤️

I honestly didn’t want to get married over labor day weekend, but we waited too long to book a venue and labor day was the last weekend available around us without getting too much into the rainy season here. Now that I’ve set that date I’m actually excited for it. We’re doing a family camp out close by and we’ll always have an extended weekend for our anniversaries to come.

View Quoted Comment Lol, I know what you mean. You know honestly we’ve been together, going on six years, and he wanted to get married on the day we met, which falls in December, in Minnesota. SMH, just thinking about it. We were to marry last year, you don’t need me to tell the reasons. Lol, so basically we threw a date up against the proverbial wall, just to see what would stick. that’s basically how we ended up with a Labor Day weekend wedding. But reading your insight on that particular day, is giving me inspiration. And we are so excited, we’ve lost loved ones since the pandemic, and we simply want to celebrate life, and the lives of the ones we lost. I hope yours is a beautiful, blessed, and joyous as ours will be.

Ours is a destination wedding and we wanted the extra time for guests to travel home!
