Hello everyone. I am excited for June 26, 2021. I am also a bride, who postpone till next year due to Covid. Most of our planning is done but a few things. It nice to meet people with the same wedding date.

Hi everyone! My fiancé and I were planning to get married 6/27/2020 (tomorrow lol) but because of Covid-19 we changed our plans back in April. Our new date is 6/26/21 - one year from today! Glad to be part of this group, I hope you’re all doing well xo Karissa

I am trying to have different plans just in case. It has been really hard to plan. Our state guidelines may be different by then. I the only one finding it hard or having a hard time trying to plan a wedding during covid?

Yes! I have the back up plans ready but I REALLY hope it doesn’t have to come to that.. a lot can happen in 6 months.. fingers crossed. My venue is not even open yet but hoping it will open by the time I need to send out invitations or else what do I do? Ughh 😔 Still having fun planning but this virus throws a bug monkey wrench in things

We’ll be getting married no matter what, but whether we have our large reception as planned is another story. Our venue is indoors so if it’s still not safe to gather in large numbers we’re going to be renting out a space at a local park and just hosting a cocktail reception for immediate family and bridal party members and saving the big party for when it’s safe.

    Hi Twin Day Brides!!

Venting as I spent the majority of my day reminding people to RSVP or saying "Your health and comfort level is important so we understand that you can't make it and..." and honestly to not be in my feelings and to understand you can only do but so much. We live in NY and plan to get married in NC. Got engaged on New Years Eve in 2019 and from them on, we were in planning mode so when Rona hit we were like " The Hell!! We put all of this money out in regards to deposits for vendors.. What now!!!". 6/26/2021 was always our original date but ..... we realized life was short and we eloped back in September and kept 6/26 as a "big celebration". It's such a mixed feeling of emotions being a bride to be at this time(especially my 2020 brides.. I feel for you!) because you want to be excited and take it all in, but you are nervous and cautious and trying to stay ahead of things but it's really not up to you! Save the dates have been received and because our wedding is somewhat destination, we needed rsvp's by the end of this month. It is giving us a guesstimate on what our numbers may look like as we know this will go down. I pray we all have our day with the people that are supposed to me there and enjoy our moment!!
    Here's to June 2021 Brides!!

Hello! We are new to WeddingWire.

We had our awesome wedding on June 26, 2021. A destination wedding at the DiamondHead Beach Resort, Fort Myers Beach, Florida. We were so happy with this venue, and their kind and considerate accommodation of us, our family, friends, and guests in the midst of covid-19.

    CONGRATULATIONS to all Newlyweds!!!
