Couples getting married on June 23, 2024

Hi Brianna! Congratulations on your engagement! Not having a wedding party is not strange at all! If you search through the forums here on WW, you will find tons of couples who decided not to have anyone stand with them. And I haven’t seen any one of them say they regretted that decision! Not having a WP creates a very intimate, romantic ceremony where the attention is all on the couple. And it can also be a lot less stressful! It’s less people to have to coordinate, less people you have to worry about attire, hair, make up, etc. for, and not to mention the money you save not having to purchase WP gifts or hold a rehearsal dinner!

Hi wedding day and also name twin!!! I debated not having a bridal party but we are anyways lol. It's going to be more relaxed though-- I'm not picking a specific dress, not forcing them to pay for anything, and I might not have them stand up there with us, we will see!

We didn’t! Less stress, cost and drama for everyone! My mom & sister had their hair and makeup done with me so I had “my girls” to get ready with.

Good morning we are having bridesmaids and groomsmen just 4 on each side with a junior bride which is my daughter and a junior groomsman

I don’t think that’s weird. I considered not having any as well but my fiancée has a grown son and grown daughter and i my plan is to ask them to be our best man and maid of honor and leave it at that.
