I also just read an article about China today and they've seen a tremendous decline in the virus so that gives a little more hope. My bridal shower is supposed to be the end of May , so I'm hoping I can still have that too even though it'll be in my hometown with just family.

View Quoted Comment Yes, I work in healthcare and we were told around June things will look half way normal again. My bridal shower is May 16th. My daughter has planned everything. God is in complete control. Take care and be safe.

How is everyone still planning their day, if at all? We still don't have a florist or baker booked.. At the time we were planning to book our baker at a local grocery store , they shut down. The florist we want is still open (Whole Foods) but the florist has been taking awhile to respond to us (before the virus started). Trying to stay hopeful but things are starting to seem stressful!

We finally booked our baker but we were hesitant due to the fact that we have to move our wedding date. However, the baker did confirm that she would work with us if have to change our date... only if she didn't have another wedding on the same day

The baker we want is through a grocery store and the store is open and the bakery but not the catering for bakery .. which I don't understand but so can't get any touch with any of them until about May hopefully! I'm hoping that's not too late though. They literally have the best cake and most affordable price! We really want them.

We haven't changed our date... I have to call my venue on May 1st and we will make the decision then... I am PRAYING that we will NOT HAVE TO CHANGE OUR DATE... However, my baker advised us if had to change our date she would work with us That was the first question I asked before I paid that deposit because it is non-refundable

My FH and I are still talking about dates in August, but I have already printed my wedding invitations. I was planning on sending them out within the next few weeks I really don't know what I should do, but I know I will not be paying over $100 to print over invites.

View Quoted Comment Hopefully you won't have to reprint them! Maybe still send them out and if anything changes , then just either tell people verbally , put it on your website (if you have one) , email or send out a small note with the changed date.. I've seen a few people do that on here.
