Yes 250 down to 35 now at the reception. Definitely been a lot of hard decisions but trying to make the best of it and remember what’s important is getting married. Planning to save the extra money from less bar /catering than originally intended and use that to visit fam and friends post-Covid (and maybe even have 2 low-key anniversary parties later since my fiancé and I are from different states).

Yes, but we see it as a blessing since we’re saving a lot on the catering and bar tab. 200 to 80, the wedding is still going to be great! 💜 The annoying part is rechecking a dozen times to confirm the guests are still coming.

Our ceremony & reception happen to be all outdoors anyways, so totally workable. We’re still going thru with it! Woo hoo!! Only 12 more days until this planning nightmare is over! Lol 🤣

Yes!! So excited for the day to be here, get married, and have a blast! Our guest list went from about 210 to 125ish now. We had moved our 5/30 wedding to 8/8 hoping for the best. Fears I guess are just that we want everyone to be safe, respectful of space, and healthy! Our ceremony and reception are all outside with temperature checks prior, no set “dance floor” (although there will definitely be dancing!), distanced table’s and hoping to be able to spread out a lot in general. We are hoping to be able to figure out a way to livestream for all of our guests that would like to tune in and then just celebrate with them later when traveling is able to occur. I think all of us COVID couples should be able to celebrate every year (or more frequently) however we want! We are thinking of a huge pizza party or cookout when that can happen! So close, gals! Best wishes!!
This was our original plan before the pandemic hit. or venue has gave us a 15 person max but we just could pick and choose between friends and family and so we decided to just have our parents and our sons.
