Couple look up problems?

I have made a wedding website for people to RSVP to and it looks awesome! We have the custom URL on our invitations but when I tried to look up our website in the "find a couple" section I couldn't find anything under either of our names, first or last. I did see something about maybe the couple hasn't "opted in" how do I do that? Thanks in advance for any help!
