Count down begins

Girl me too!! When is your wedding date? Mine is 10.09.21 and I'm realizing that because of the pandemic I doubt that everyone will be able to come. Also, I've begun to look on Etsy for wedding party face masks, on top of all the important things that need to be done!

YUP!! I'm less than a month away (4.24.2021) and my anxiety is doing the thing where inside everything is going crazy and I feel like the world is ending and there's no way everything is going to be done in time and holy crap we're actually doing this and so on and so forth, but outside I just look cool as a cucumber. I am actually doing okay at present, but I honestly don't know how I'm managing that. It's the good kind of stress, though.

Same!! My wedding is 4 months away and it slapped me in the face realizing that the other day. Anxiety is creeping up on me. I catch myself taking in deep breaths of air because I forget to breathe, I look fine on the outside but my mind is racing and on overdrive.

I have been there so I know how you feel. You're doing the right thing with breathing, but just remember this... You have waited your entire life to find that one person you want to be with and now this is your way of showing that to everyone else. Just take your time and enjoy this moment trust me all the anxiety is just happiness that is overflowing for the man you love. When the day arrives, just think about this and tell yourself that you have the rest of your life to be with him and you cant wait to begin.

First I am happy this is a good stress you can do alot with it. With that being said, what you are going through is common and you just have to remember to breathe. Your fiancé will be at the other end of the aisle when you get there and he or she wont care what you are wearing or if the cake is messed up or even if the flowers look bad. They will see you coming up the aisle to marry them. The anxiety you are experiencing will go away once you see that smiling face looking back at you. Just remind yourself its ok and just breathe you have this!

June 4th and freaking out that there’s still so much to do. My Amazon inventory list looks like it’s never going down (partly because I add something new daily😅🙃) but excited and anxious. Where did the time go? From 500+ to 65 days 😳

Well one thing for sure June 4th is a great day - my birthday - but I agree it does come up fast. I have gone from planning one wedding to planning 4 weddings and 2 baby showers in one month. One thing to remember though is even if time goes quickly, your only running toward one thing... the love of your life. He will be at the end waiting for you.

Mines in 43 days and I've only need planning it for 3 weeks 😂 it's been a whirlwind but we're just about ready!

I feel the same way. That I’m short tempered right now. Anexity. Just everything. 29 more days.


We get married in May 1, 2021.

Getting married May 23, 2021 even though we’re already legally married 😂 thanks COVID. Super duper excited and only have a few final details to nail down!!

50 days away! I'm excited and going nuts at the same time! My fiance and I are driving from Colorado to Charleston a week before the wedding to celebrate with my family.

wow 3 weeks, sounds like you have things in control. I know how weddings can be overwhelming and long and some can be fast and simple just make sure you double check but dont second guess that in itself can be a common issue. Best of luck, and congratualtions.

Always wanted a destination wedding. I would do Bahamas or DIsneyland myself. I am so happy to hear most of your guests are going, just remember to take the number and double it plan for more its easier than being too short. And yes I know 31 days is coming close so I hope your day goes by slowly so you can take in the memories but goes fast enough to release the anxiety for you. You got this!

Hello Terri,

the feeling is outstanding isnt it ? we all get the image in our heads when we get older how our weddings are suppose to go and we plan around the colors we love and put all our feelings into it. Then when we get the main shell complete, we start filling the inside of that shell with smaller details and before we know it that wedding is ready for you. The drive from Colorado to Charleston sounds like an amazing inside piece to that shell. I hope you gather alot of souvenirs on the way there to put into your album for later memories.
