We did! We booked our hotel online through Costco travel. We didn't need the flights, but we booked at the Paradisus in Punta Cana. We got a great deal, and were able to upgrade to the Royal Service (butler service) at the Costco rate after reading reviews about how helpful that service was at the resort. We also got trip insurance and got a bonus $500+ Costco gift card afterwards. I'm sure we probably paid for the gift card through our trip price, but it still seemed like a great deal when we looked at the rates of the hotel online. We also had access to a special service at the resort (Costco members only) that helped us book excursions. We definitely plan on using Costco travel again for future trips!

We used it to book our honeymoon to the Big Island of Hawaii - they were great! Our biggest problem was looking through all the options to see what we liked best.

Pros: We definitely saved money. I "booked" the same trip through the resort we looked at, Costco, AAA, and Expedia. We got the best value for our dollar through Costco. We paid a little more than through a different site, but we got a lot more bang for our buck. For example, for an additional $200, we got a concierge-level room and breakfast included. Breakfast alone would have been nearly $500 out of pocket. This option was not available through any of the other sites we looked at.

Ease of use. I found the website to be very easy to navigate, and we knew we could call them with any questions. Because they'll include everything, we could book our flights, hotel, and rental car at the same time, which was great.

Cons: The only real con I have is that not every hotel/airline is set up with Costco, so you're not going to see absolutely everything that is available where you're going. I didn't have too much of a problem with this - as we'd never been to Hawaii and wouldn't know what was out there anyway - but if you have your heart set on a particular resort or brand, it could be an issue if they're not contracted.

I'd definitely use Costco Travel again, and I tell everyone I know about it. I'm trying to plan a vacation next year, and they're the first site I looked at.

We used it! My FH works at Costco, but we're going on a cruise to the Bahamas in May. You really can't beat the deals, and the customer service is of course amazing. You can also purchase travel insurance through them for cheap!

I haven't used it, but when we were in Maui we met a couple that booked their trip through Costco and had nothing but good things to say about it.

We are definitely looking into a Maui honetmoon using Costco travel. I'm going to compare that to the discounts available through NEA and a few other places.

We haven't done a trip, but we only do our car rentals through Costco. They are SO much cheaper, and we've had no problems -- even when we've had to make last minute changes, etc. Like always with Costco, great customer service.
