What is a reasonable fee to pay our pastor to perform our ceremony?

Does the church have a suggested donation or set fee? If not, browse the vendor tab for an average going rate in your area.

When we were looking we saw 200-350. We decided on going with a family friend and the ordainment process is free from an online church. Check with your local county clerk to make sure the ordainment requirements first!

Our officiant is $150 but he mostly does elopement type ceremonies so I’m not sure if that makes a difference.
