Cost Efficient Printing Service

Fed Ex is expensive. Office Depot/Max or Staples can print what you need fairly inexpensively.

I printed 140 QR codes on cardstock at staples and it was pretty cheap, just make sure that if your design is all black and white, to have staples select black & white printing (it's A LOT cheaper than color printing which is their default option)

they had the best prices and the quality was very nice.
And I had them within a week

If you're not set on card stock, my fiance and I printed our menus and programs as 4X7 photos. Saved A TON of money.

Staples, Office Depot, and local print shops can usually do it for very reasonable prices.
Side note: I highly recommend skipping the ceremony programs. Most of the time, they get left lying around in seats or are immediately thrown away after the ceremony. Guests don’t usually keep them.

And I’m like, I need to view it first and make sure it’s right lol and everything is like self service so I have to cut everything and last time that was a nightmare.


And yeah I was only going to print out maybe 30 programs (120 guests) or maybe make one big poster board sign that has the details for the night so people can know what to expect. Idk I haven’t gotten to that stage yet.

I've actually just tried a poster printing service for 6 months before my sister's engagement, including posters, table numbers, menus, and invitations, and we haven't had any complaints. It works just like Magnet street, and the quality is surprisingly very high. It's called "club ink." I believe they even have a free trial or previous work samples, which helps you make the right decision! I hope this helps!
