Hi, guys...

I stalk the forums and don't usually post too much, but like many of you, the coronavirus forced me to postpone our 4/4 wedding, which will now take place on August 1st. My question is... what do I do about the many items that I already purchased that are dated! I'm freaking out... The wedding sign, the guestbook sign, the napkins, toasting glasses, server set, Ring bearer box... Ahhhhhh! I have to order everything again! Is that what all of you would do? I'm devastated about all of this! Smiley cry

**Edit below**

Just a thought... Since Danny and I are rarely serious...

What if I just reprint all of the paper items but leave the larger engraved items as is and then place a sign on the gift table that says this, "Pardon our signage... We were blessed to have two wedding dates! Please be sure to leave us gifts for both!" Smiley xd

This is what we're planning to do if we aren't able to have our planned ceremony on 6/7. Our friend is ordained and so is my cousin. We will go to our have one of them come to us so that the date will remain OUR date.

I completely hear ya I have my date on literally everything! All engraved as well from signs to gifts all things I spent so much money on and really I just don’t have the money to change any of them if I can’t have my wedding I plan to marry anyways on that date so it will still be original date and I will display the items but I understand where your coming from with wanting the date to mean something but since it was your original date even if you can’t officially get married you can still honor it that day and hold your own little ceremony and if you still want to use the decor people will understand this is so out of our control and I would not want to spend anymore money that has already been spent it’s just way to much at this point but it’s completely your choice I’m sure people will understand as well! You can even include a little note if you want too about how the decor items will remain with original date since it holds meaning to us hang in there!! This will pass!! ❤️
