Corona Bride - May 12th

Our intimate wedding ceremony is set for May 12th and we are scheduled to leave the next day, May 13th, for our honeymoon in Saint Lucia. I have faith that everything will have blown over by then, but so far things seem to only be getting worse and more closings are occurring daily.

We haven't gotten our marriage license yet and court buildings are now closed with no certain day of reopening. My wedding band is also not ready yet and all Kay Jewelers stores are closed until further notice.

Things seem to be stable in Saint Lucia so I'm not too worried about our honeymoon travels, but again, things are so unpredictable right now. I'm just praying and remaining as positive as possible.

Hi Apryl,
I totally understand! I am trying to remain hopeful too, my wedding is 5/30 and we don't have a lot of out of town guests but watching the news makes me lose the little hope I do have that it will be blown over by May.
We haven't gotten our marriage license yet either, and I'm supposed to go for another dress fitting in a few weeks but as of now the tailor is closed indefinitely.
So sorry you are going through this, hope it all works out for you!

Thank you, Courtney! Prayers for you and your fiance' as well! This is such a horrible time for brides everywhere...but we have to keep thinking positive. May is still a little ways out.
