Coordinator tip? She was amazing!!

I'd say 20% at least if you're interested in really tipping her well! I also think a lovely and handwritten (personal) thank you card would go a long way too!

Personally if I felt she went above and beyond I d probably do 25% and maybe a sweet treat, candle, or a nice bottle of wine and a note.

20% is ideal, but it’s always good to give more if you felt as though she exceeded your expectations.

I'd probably give her $100 if she was totally amazing. Going above and beyond should get you a "bonus"! Everyone tips 20%, so I'd go a bit higher to show how much she was appreciated.

That is when/how a tip should be given. What are you comfortable spending without going into living expenses money? The 10-20% is out of budget for many, so do you feel she earned $100, $200?

View Quoted Comment As far as tips, that is extremely generous. If she was awesome and you feel she deserved it, she was likely not expecting a tip that large. Nothing to be worried about.
