Cookware and knife block sets

We love our Chicago Cutlery knife block. Unfortunately good knives really need to be hand-washed.

As Kylie said, good knives typically require handwashing. Also, the better knives are sold singularly rather than as a set. J.A. Henkels and Wusthoff are both high quality brands, but they have cheaper knife blocks that are still pretty good.
