Converse sneakers

So I was at the mall browsing the shoe store, when I came across these pair of converse sneakers...They are the same exact colors as my wedding colors (silver and lavender). I never seen them in this color before, and I've been debating whether or not to get them for the wedding (even if I wear a nice pair of flats and then change into the converse for the reception). Has anyone else ever wore converse for their wedding? (Also as a side note...Whatever shoes I end up getting will either be these converse, a nice pair of flats, or wedges. I cannot walk in heels haha And I'd rather be comfortable).

    I think they're cute and you should totally get them. Even if you don't wear them for the ceremony and wear nice flats, you can always change into those sneakers for some cute playful pictures!

    Shoes having a lasting impression don't normally happen to me (Usually, I just buy whatever looks decent at a thrift store or Walmart). Just the fact that I keep thinking about them is probably a sign to get them haha

    Get these!!!!! They're amazing. I love the look of Converse at weddings. It's so fun and they are so super comfy. And what are the odds they're your wedding colors??? Congrats lady!!! But those shoes!!! 😍😍😍

    I’m going to wear converse at the reception for my wedding. My FH and I ordered them custom made with our last name and the wedding colors in the back.

    You should get them! If you look at the thread I made recently (bling converse) there were a bunch of brides wearing comfy sneakers. I ended up putting rhinestones and pearls on mine

    My daughter is wearing converse at the reception after she can't stand her heels anymore. I added some sparkles to them Smiley smile

    My daughter also wore Converse in her wedding color. They were adorable and more importantly, she was comfortable all day/night. She debated about wearing some more formal flats for the ceremony, but she went for comfort and didn't regret it at all. Unless she lifted up her full skirt, no one had any idea what kind of shoes she was wearing. We also took them to a local shop that does custom t-shirts, and they were able to personalize them with her new married name and the wedding date. They were super cute.... Smiley heart

    YES! And the fact that the color scheme isn't "normal" and it matches your wedding colors. It screams out MEANT TO BE!! If I were you, I'd definitely get them!

    From a Converse addict, those are super cute!! I say wear them. Wear them whole time. I am also wearing Converse for the cermony and reception. Im all about comfort! I chose pink lace ones!

    I custom ordered a pair in our wedding colors for the reception - I’m looking forward to having a fun reminder of the wedding that I can keep wearing after the fact. I think it’s great that you found them already in your colors and I would say buy them if you keep thinking about the shoes 😊

    This was at my best friends wedding we all wore knock off converse and it was amazing! I also bought the exact converse in your picture just last week for a friends wedding. It’s totslly the way to go!

    These are really cute. I say go for it. If you plan to have a big night of dancing you may want something with a good sole like the converse vs flats. Even if you don't use them for reception who doesn't like a new pair of shoes.
