Converse or heels?

I'm wearing Keds and I'm only 5'1! There is a lot of different terrains at my venue and I didn't want to worry about tripping.

Keds by Kate Spade has a wedding line. They have some that have a decent height platform bottom to give you some height. (I’m only 5’1) These are mine. I am having a fairly formal wedding but my dress is so big and I am walking in grass for ceremony so I didn’t want to trip and get stuck

Converse, but make sure they don’t get stuck when you dance.

I will be wearing converse! I have always felt more comfortable in converse. I wore them to prom, so why wouldn't I wear them to my wedding

Im also having an outside wedding, I was going to wear sandals since We’re doing a foot washing ceremony to make it easier than vans but once I tried them on with my dress I kept stepping on the front so I’m doing wedges as a happy medium

You could try wedges. It would give you the height but easier to walk in the woods in.

You could do both, heels for the ceremony and pictures and converse for the reception. I wore heels for my ceremony and reception to get the extra height, and then changed into converse for the after party

I'm wearing wedges. They're going to get dirty when we do photos outside, and I just don't care. I can't wear heels because of a bad knee, anyway, so little 1" wedges were perfect.

I'm wearing some sparkly t-strap sandals. My dress is long so no one will honestly see my shoes anyway.

I’m wearing dorsay peeptoe heels. Whatever you wear make it colorful. White is nice but spice it up!

Converse for comfort. I’m doing sneakers. Vans style slip ons but customized with a Disney castle and my new last name. My dress is huge so you won’t even see them but I don’t do heels and it’s gonna be a long day on my feet and I don’t wanna be in pain.

Chucks, baby! I picked out a pair that would match my bridesmaids' dresses.

Converse. I'm a daily wearer. First wedding purchase was my shoes.

If you're going to be in the woods, I wouldn't wear heels. You don't want to risk a twisted ankle or dirty dress if you trip in them!

Our colors are burgundy and gold so I’m wearing burgundy high top converse and we’re going to decorate them with some gold sparkles.☺️
