Convalidation

If you’re having a marriage convaldiated in the Catholic Church, it’s still okay to walk down the aisle right? We are paying the church the same amount as someone who is having a regular wedding so we will have music. It will be small and only family and I will be wearing a simple dress but would love for my father to walk me down the aisle.

You'll have to ask your specific church, but my understanding is yes

I think it depends on where in the church you're doing the ceremony. We'll be having our convalidation next year after my FH's annulment is finalized and our plan is to just do it in their little adoration chapel versus the main church.

Have you spoken with the church and asked?

I don't see why not! But as everyone else has said, your best bet is to ask the church about this and whatever else you might want to do at the convalidation!
