Conundrum on Location

So I live in Florida and all my family is here. No one can afford a destination wedding and I wouldn’t want a big budget thing like that. I don’t mind having it here but I kind of had my heart set on this chapel I saw in North Carolina where I go on vacation every year. I don’t mind not having it there but I want to find a way to incorporate the chapel in NC into the series of events even if it’s just me and my FH. Any suggestions?

If I eloped could I also get married - as in have a ceremony? Would it be weird to have 2 ceremonies? One with my family and another with my FH?

If you choose to elope and get married in this chapel in North Carolina, you could have a vow renewal and reception celebration with your family when you return home to Florida.
If you wanted to have your wedding at home with your family, perhaps you could do a vow renewal for your one year anniversary in this chapel?
