Contacting Mens Wearhouse about Postponing

Hi ladies.

Has anyone been successful in contacting mens wearhouse to postpone your rental due to covid-19? Their website says they are no longer taking calls. Ive sumbitted a question which got no response and I have tried the online chat but it never connects me to a person.
Any one else have these issues? We have already paid and dont want to get ripped off because they wont answer

I was able to contact them via email a week or so ago. I asked for an extension for all the guys to be fitted by. I think it took about 24 hours for them to respond. And once I was able to connect with them via email they seemed to respond right away.

Sorry that’s frustrating. I had the same issue with the Black Tux but was able to reach someone within a few days. Wait a few days and then submit another question for them to email you.

Ooph. We called them before things really shut down and moved our date, so idk. I was able to call them, but maybe try emails or social media.

I was able to reach out using their online chat a few days ago. The lady was easy to work with and changed our date without an issue. I would try again. I hope you get someone!

Someone called me from Men's Warehouse, I think he said he was a regional manager. I told him we are postponing but the new date is TBD.
